Practice tool not working

So to cut a long story short i opened a bunch of chests and got a few skins re-rolled them and got IG Leblanc so i wanted to try out the skin and i went on practice tool and for some reason it just couldn't get in the game it always started and then left the game and i could reconect but the exact same thing happened, i tried for a good 10 minutes it didn't work.... can someone tell me why that might be?
