I played a game as Amethyst Ashe on 5.9, and her bow is not shimmering like it did pre-5.9.

Is this an intentional change? If so, why was the change made?

Hiya!

New Ashe changes hit live with the new patch. With her new kit, the shimmer should happen with (Q) is charged. Is this not what you're seeing?
