Skin Bug

Hi, a few months ago i bought yasuo and the two skins that he has all with rp. Two days ago i went to go play yasuo with a friend in a custom match and i notice both of my skins were missing but i had yasuo. I went to my purchase history and for some reason it said that i refunded both of my skins. Not only did i not refund both of the skins (i refunded the high noon yasuo but i bought it back later) but i didnt even get my rp back and i dont have my skins. I used most of the 3250 RP i bought on yasuo and the skins and now i dont have them. Is there anything you can do? I dont want to have my RP wasted because of a bug :(
