So on the last patch Morellonomicon has now changed to have its 20% cdr into a UNIQUE Passive so that it cannot be stacked. However it has the exact same UNIQUE Passive as Nashor's Tooth "+20% Cooldown Reduction" but these stack together and give the user the full 40% cdr benefit. Doesn't this go against the whole meaning of UNIQUE Passive?

The passives are unnamed so they can stack between different items
