Whats going on?

I dunno if it was just me, but out of nowhere i got lag spikes so i restarted the client and couldnt log back in for a good 10mins game continued to give me that trying to reconnect popup, we lost and I got demoted. never had an issue with internet or computer problems or AFK in general.

so i wanna know if it was on my side or on riots side.

I had an abnormal ping average of over 300 last night, so it's probably server side.
