freezing of champ select

everything works fine until the first counter were you say what champ you want to play hits 0 then it gets stuck their still u dodge because u cant c whats going on. then after about a minute the que closes and u get the massage that an error has occurred and has been sent to riot BUT you get a leaver buster ban thing this happen to me last night and a few mins before this post was posted is any 1 else having this problem or riot aware of this? this is happening in ranked so i am losing lp!!!!!!!!
