Queue Bug Forces Dodge

I've had this bug happen multiple times in the past day or two. What happens is I get into the ban phase of a game and one of the ban timers (doesn't matter which side) gets to zero, my client says that the entire enemy team and my team have left the queue and then my client doesn't respond to anything I try to do other than log out. I've even typed in chat and had no response from anyone, I even waited a full 5 minutes to see if it would change screens but it did not. I don't believe it is a connection issue; although I could be wrong. Regardless, I keep getting "you cannot enter a game for 5 minutes" deal afterwards and I' worried I could get banned for this (which would REALLY suck since I have all the champs unlocked). Sometimes even just trying to close the client doesn't work for a while (it stays in the "waiting for servers" mode) and I have to force end the task in the task manager. I still don't think ti's connection issues though since I keep twitch running in the background and since it's live streaming I would be able to tell if it was a connection issue from my internet; although I could be having a connection issue with my client/league servers I am not sure. Just wondering if this is truly a bug or if it is a connection issue with League and if it is how do I fix it?

I had the same problem in a ranked queue..

Are you actually clicking the "ban" button?

With new queue you have to lock in your bans and your champ picks. If it reaches 0 and you haven't locked them in then it counts as a dodge. Not a bug. However, if after getting the dodge your client is freezing - that is a bug.

I had this on another account of mine happen during promos and it was highly aggravating to then be 1-1 and get a absolute cancer and utter gutter baby try to troll mid pick and force someone to dodge only to end up just feeding trying to ruin then game and us still winning it leading onto a well deserved victory. Had simple tiny little things went differently it could have ultimately ended up in an actual LOSS and then I could deal with it but being forced into a fucking free loss because your shitty investors wanted to see this in the game and it's still fucked up. Fix your stuff and extensively have it worked out through either normal drafts befrore fucking the entire community with non-sense. It's hard enough knowing during placements you're gonna be demoted either a full tier or more after placements but having a rather slight anxiety attack over knowing if you're gonna be able to select a champ or pick a ban every single que is almost too much to deal with.
