Not all champion's recommended items get changed when you start a game with smite

I know he's not the standard pick for jungler but he works and I'm sure if it doesn't work for him then there probably others that may be affected as well.

There's no recommended jungle build because it's not a champion riot intends to support in the jungle.

Why would they waste time suggesting an item build that would be sub par/incorrect/quickly outdated based on any changes to the game.
