It's not there for you or did you just miss it because it's out of alphabetical order?
Now that I think about it, did you mean in the dropdown options once you're on the Create a Discussion page? It's not going to be there. What you want to do is enter GD then hit Create a Discussion. There is no dropdown then and only posts to GD.
