Gameplay bug with free ranked win in qualifiers

Recently I have been constantly been in and out of qualifiers in ranked, and this time going back into qualifiers I was given the message saying I would be given the free win going into it, and even after getting into qualifiers received the message saying the next game will determine whether I promo, although I was not given a free win. This is just a weird bug that I have just experienced. I haven't had this issue before. Anyone else have this issue before?
