In game and champ select bug

Recently in many of my games I've experienced random times where when I click or try and use skills they dont go off or I cant move like a delay in my actions. It is not lag because my frames nor my ping drop and raise to where it would lag. Even sometimes when I move and click to move back it simply just keeps walking which has happened many times in numerous team fights. Once again no lag. Another issue I had recently was in champ select for ranked matches where I was banning and I clicked ban the button would disappear, then reappear and I would click ban again and did the same thing 3 times, where then it kicked me from the ranked match for not banning. Anyone else having any of these issues?
