Crashing

Hello Summoner!

Seems like there's ongoing issues with North American server right now. Players are unable to connect into the games and being stuck in a ghost games as well. Riot is aware of the issue and works hard in order to fix it within a reasonable matter of time. Many players are experiencing this, so don't worry, it's not an issue in your account.

Stay away from playing ranked games for now, until this issue is fully fixed, please.

There's no ETA on fix yet, unfortunately and it's yet to be determined if there's gonna be a compensation. Please be patient and thanks for understanding! :)

UPDATE: Issue with ghost games should get fixed in about 2-3 hours and you'll be able to play again.

same, I was in a ranked summoners rift game. Thought it was my internet until I realized everything else was working

WHAT is Going ON?! I was in a ranked and it then kicked me out and gave "unable to connect to server." wtf?

first game in like weeks and got disconnected exited out and now wont reconnect i get unable to connect to server please check my network connection..... bitch is working fine i'm watching lcs and have youtube on in the back my internet is fine. watch now we will all get leaver buster for Riots shit.

Yep. Normal game disconnected. I think everyone is still in game because there's no way that game is still going 4v5. 35 mins and everyone was doing poorly, yet still showing the reconnect screen.

Well at least it's not just me. I'll stop restarting everything like a madman now, lol.

theyre doing something on the PBE thats affecting live servers it seems

lol so its been bout an hour since my incident with the reconnect thing just tried to log back in and it immediately took me to a black load screen for the game and still only giving me option to reconnect lol [slayer-jinx-unamused]

I have been unable to reconnect for so long now that the noise of my baby crying is now becoming increasingly annoying. Please, riot, fix this issue as I don't know how much more of that racket I will be able to stand. Thanks p.s this does not help my drinking problem

Yeah , I was in the middle of a ranked tft game. Told me that it was "attempting to reconnect" everything was fine and now I cant get back in. saying "unable to connect to server and to check my connection.

how is this not an updated status yet? I understand it may take time to fix but they have not even posted an update on server status. Its een over an hour now. ?? Riot .... people cant log on, stay on, reconnect.

I have release/renewed ip after dns flush and a reboot. interestingly, I came back to the RECONNECT screen, my chat, shows people online, and IN GAME....?

Ok they are not in a game but they can reply and chat servers/services are working.

So, because we all got disconnected. Are we going to lose Lp and get leaverbusters? It’d be real shitty if someone was about to win (me) and I lose shit in my promos from this disconnect that riot isn’t acknowledging. Great going guys. You fucking rock.

Yeah I was in a ranked summoners rift game as well. I dced in the middle of a team fight and i thought it was my internet until everyone in my club said they had the same problem too. this was about 11 minutes ago
