DCd out of Aram Queue, lost my roll, have to wait 15 mins?

I queued for an Aram. Got in, did not want to play Rengar, so I rolled and got Jax. Then I got a message saying I have been disconnected. My client closed when I hit OK. I opened the client, tried to queue up, and am told I have to wait 13+ minutes due to leaving a queue... I went to my profile, and my roll was not there anymore either. I don't feel I should be penalized for being disconnected from the launcher. Hopefully this gets fixed.
