[CLIENT] Returning after restarting my PC because of lags

My FPS was very bad and I had to restart my PC. I came back after 10 minutes. My team was very good and we were winning and nobody wanted to report me because they understood my situation. At the end of the game I had better score than every player on enemy team. We won. When my end score screen loaded, it showed me that I was unsucessful in completing promo games. Nobody reported me, everything was good, and I had good score. Can you please fix that, because it's not fair to give my best when I return to have a good score and be a good teammate, and then I "fail" in promos.
