Minion bug [GAME]

I saw this 3-4 times but didn't want to report it because I never do that. So basically, minion somehow stuck near towers or inhibitors. Sometimes it has full HP and sometimes its HP is 0 (like this one). I can't kill it or do anything to it. Here's a few pictures of how it looks like. I wanted to PrtSc it but when I pasted it in paint picture was black so I took a photo with my mobile phone.
