MK. SO i was in ranked champ select.

So when i was in champ select (ranked) i was last pick right? so it told me they locked in and i was picking. But then, in a split second it told me i wasnt picking anymore and that they havent locked in yet, the timer was going off on their side but not mine. And when the timer ran out it said i was kicked out for not picking a champ. Like wtf. it didnt even tell me and now i've gotta wait 5 minutes. Can someone explain what happened....
