[GAMEPLAY] Ziggs Satchel Charge (W) Unusable

When playing Ziggs on Howling Abyss (ARAM) his Satchel Charge (W key) was unusable. While unusable the ability turned into what looked like a toggle ability (with the blue highlighting circling around the ability icon).

For the rest of the game the ability was not available.

The bug only happened after I had the ability already ranked to 5.

I tried to alt-tab out the game (because that was recommended by my allies in game) and that didn't work. Any other information I'll do my best to provide on-request. =)

I just had the same issue (in ARAM) with Ziggs' 'w' ability (satchel charge) abruptly becoming unusable at some point in the game. It was ranked to 3 when I'd noticed it was unusable. The ability icon also had the appearance of being "toggled on". I didn't notice any other issues with gameplay during the session.
