[MINOR] Starting item search not working as expected

I'd found an old post from a Riot Games employee listing a bunch of things that you can search in the search bar to make things easier finding certain items in the shop, or champions in champ select. (ie. Searching "Tons of Damage" in the shop gives you Trinity Force; Searching "Marksman" in champ select gives you all champions with the marksman role.)

In it was listed "Start" or "Starter" that you can search in the shop to get all of the items you can start with.

However, upon using this after preseason began, I found that the items there didn't seem quite right.

Some were, such as the Doran items and the new Dark Seal and Cull items. The starting jungle items were there too, very convenient!

But the Tier 2 jungle items like Skirmisher's Sabre were also there as well. Also, items like Sapphire Crystal were missing, which could be an important starting item for champions like Ryze that need that larger starting mana pool, or just want to abuse the mastery that regenerates 1.5% of missing mana every so often.

It's not an important thing (bug?), but I felt it could really help people who use this search command to find all the items you can start with! (Items under 500 gold that you can start the game with).
