Cant click champions

I have played 3 ranked games in a row, and have dodged it because i couldn't click a champion. This has caused me to lose a decent amount of LP. My computer is working perfectly fine, and i could click all the other thing; like the summoner spells, runes, and masteries during champion select. The only thing i couldn't click on are the champions.
