Standing still

Ever since the new patches my champion stands still every once in while. It has become more frequent lately, and it has been happening to with my friends as well. Our FPS isn't dropping or our PING increasing. we just stand still. I would be fine with it, but it sometimes lasts for over 10 sec which results in a death or a loss. Please fix, because it has been becoming a constant problem.
