Particle effects unable to render smoothly
So I have a pretty decent gaming laptop, that runs LoL at highest specs without issue except for one. The attached photo isnt mine nor does it have any direct connection to my problem. It is however the best illustration I can come by to explain the error. All particle effects render fine except for the ones that are ribbon-like, such as maokai's seedling toss trail, Bards Meep aura trail, and Nami's laugh particle effect. Instead of being smooth and behaving like ribbons, they break and are sharp. They develop "joints" like the particle pathing in the image above. Something that should be a smooth arc like a rainbow becomes spikey, ugly and broken. It happens like this on all visual quality settings.
Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know how I can fix it?
