[GAMEPLAY] Tibbers pulsing ring-o-fire

Playing a custom game as Ekko vs. Frostfire Annie, and I noticed as I lay dead that her Tibbers was glowing blue in a giant circle that wasn't the fire. Then it disappeared. Then it appeared. The pulsing blue was present each time Tibbers was up, regardless of whether or not I was dead, and my friend playing Annie could see it as well. Not sure how to reproduce the bug, unfortunately.

is that not a part of tibbers on that skin? Im not entirely sure but even with the classic skin tibbers has a red glow which is his AOE dmg indicator not entirely sure about this.
