Problem with teleport

Two things to address here. The first being a bug where trying to teleport back to top lane from base for some reason channels your teleport to the inner turret (within the base) it has happened 3 times to me and to several other people. Second I don't think a champion should be able to overcrowd your turret. What I mean is that when trying to teleport top while a champion is attacking the turret you sometimes can't teleport because the enemy is blocking/covering the turret and you aren't able to channel the teleport.
