Still can't read what everyone is saying in the lobby or Champion select

Riot you said you fixed the problem in the update.... The problem wasn't fixed.... I don't mind it that much because I'm usually playing in a lobby of friends in a Curse or Skype call. But it causes a big problem in Solo Que like Blind but it causes more trouble in Rank games. I don't know what everyone wants or where everyone is going. and it's starting to be a hassle. Someone told me to uninstall the game and reinstall it. I did that but after a couple of weeks it happened again. Also I would uninstall reinstall it again because I don't mind taking the time to do that every week, if it weren't for the fact that I make set's for specific champions.
Please help me Riot to fix this problem. I'm tired of not being able to communicate with teammates In champion select. and I'm the one being called out as a troll or being reported for not knowing what my teammates are doing.
