Fiora Ult Bugged [Gameplay] (Post-Rework)

Sadly I didn't get a photo of this, so I will just have to hope other people are experiencing this and post here as well. One of my last games playing the new reworked Fiora, I ulted a Kalista, pretty sure I landed at least two vitals, and then wham, when she died, I did not get the healing zone. So I sort of just brushed it off thinking, well, maybe the eight seconds ended literally a millisecond right before she died. Weirder stuff has happened. And then came the problem: Kalista was then running around with my ultimates blue vitals being displayed permanently, for the rest of the game. It wasn't just a visible bug by me is why this is so alarming, my friend who I was playing with could see it as well and if anyone in chat had responded I could corroborate better.

I would then try ulting her, because she was ofc the primary target that game, but when I would go in and hit a vital, nothing happened, I couldn't tell what I had hit and no way to calculate how many vitals were left, and worse yet, my team wouldn't know whether or not to focus a target down immediately or wait or what. It helped that Kali was the first target every fight so it didn't matter a whole lot but I can imagine that if this bug had happened say mid game, and a fight did not break out or something because no one could tell which ultimate was happening it could be very detrimental, especially to the Fio player.

My friend thinks maybe some odd coding happened when he ulted her (being Mordekaiser) where it didn't calculate quite right. Idek myself if the way I explained above is a good way to recreate the bug, or if you could recreate it at all. So this is why I am hoping someone on here has catalogued it.
