[Gameplay] Kat's Q randomly stops working during games.

I recently bought Kat on this account with IP and every time I manage to get her in ARAM, her Q randomly stops working in the middle of the match. It'll work for the first 15 minutes or so but then it'll just spontaneously not work. If I press Q, the target symbol and the ability area shows up but when I try to click on an enemy champion or minion with Q, Kat will just walk towards them and start autoattacking even if I'm in melee range. This bug doesn't happen with any other champion, only Kat apparently. I'm not sure if it's on my end or if anyone else has experienced this.
