League won't launch after champion select

League of legends patched and started as usual.. But when everyone had locked in their champions and the countdown had hit 0, and the match was about to begin, nobody got loaded into the game. I've been waiting for about 15 minutes now. The only solution is to force quit the program, and lose LP. Please help! Very unsatisfied with league of legends at the moment. And this isn't the first time this has happened. I've seen posts from back in the day.. that this was also a huge problem.
