[GAMEPLAY] Sivirbot ricochet bug

Honestly, I'm not sure what caused this bug. I was in a 1v1 custom game to practice farming as Twitch, using the mafia skin, against the intermediate Sivirbot. When she was under tower, she ricocheted (W), then boomerag blade...ded (Q), but one of her W blades never disappeared and continued to spin. It spun while she was auto-attacking, casting other spells (including W again, I believe), dead, alive, near it or not. The blade dealt no damage, and was visible even in fog of war.
