Ranked Restricted Permanently

Sooo, after one day of playing team builder, i logged on again and got a "Ranked Resticted for 33 Games" and now its stuck at 31 games no matter how much i play, and i play the drafts like im supposed to, btw randomly got this ranked ban, never had it before
