ALACRITY BUG!! pls fix rito

It seems that alacrity gives you only +17 movement speed, I noticed this in a ranked games wanted to buy Alacrity to get that mad movement speed, i had 420 movement speed and bought alacrity and only had 437 after the purchase.

Movement speed is softcapped. Often Alactrity will appear to be diminished as a result. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Movement_speed
