[CLIENT] Smite and Ignite swap bug

Several games while switching from mid to jungle or vice versa, ignite and smite will be the two spells I swap out for the new lane. During the game starting/loading phase, my smite or ignite will reset back to the opposite of what i chose. RITO GODS HEAR ME!
