Sion Q and E Bugs

There's a bug currently where Sion cannot use smite during his Q charge-up and the E bug where minions sent flying by it cannot be damaged has returned. I've tested it myself and the two-bugs seem to be universal with no condition for them to happen. Any fix would be appreciated. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
