Thought chogath only allowed 6 minions/non epic monsters for stacks, it's 17 mins and you didn't eat a dragon, pet,monster so I guess you ate herald twice(visual bug) since it's listed 2 epic monsters eaten, perhaps by mashing ult too fast?
