Mark of the kindred

I do not have any footage of this but I play tons of kindred and I have noticed that the more tends the glitch out. What I mean by this is that if you get the mark on the map as soon as it spawn you do not get your stack. This normally occurs with scuttle-crab. Scuttle spawns and the mark happens to be on the one I am already killing. Once it is dead the mark does not apply. This has happened a few times as well with champions. The mark has already been registered (I.E the mark being on the side of my head is there )

One other problem I have had is with their Q. I've noticed while clearing jungle camps that sometimes it will only hit one of the targets in range? Don't know if that is worthy of mentioning.
