Wait... What?

So I was put into low priority queue...

But I have absolutely no clue why. I havent DC'd from a game in ages, and I actually just got a little message about a week ago saying that I was doing good for leaving less games. My old internet used to suck but now I have good internet so not sure what the issue is.

I just bought a new gaming desktop and was super stoked to play league on it and than got in and it wasn't finding a match (4 minute queue times, exit, go back into queue, another 4 minutes) , so I just went into customs, and it refused to start a custom game either, so I restarted the client. After trying to get in I got LPQ.

Im confused?

Not submitting a ticket or trying to get my LPQ reversed, because honestly it doesn't matter it's ten minutes. But maybe someone could give me insight into why im waiting?
