Well, there's nothing that I can say to help you guys figure it out, other than even when I restart my computer, the client, my wifi or anything, the league client says I am not connected. I cannot log in, I cannot do anything. So for now I am back to being like 
and having no friends.
This is also happening to me as well and I have been through the connections issue guide. I do not believe it to be a problem on my end

I'm having the exact same issue and so is my fiance on his computer. We live together and have restarted our computers & wifi connect multiple times. Can't even log in. Just a grey screen pops up with code that I don't understand. The only thing I haven't done yet is uninstall and reinstall. Has anyone tried that yet?
Is everyone here on beta, or legacy client? might help.
