[Client] Champions, where for art thou

So today I just got back online because my friend called me out for a 1v1, and naturally I accepted his offer, but to my surprise none of my champions were on the selection screen! Now for the steps to re-produce it? I have not the slightest clue! I haven't tried this outside of a custom game like a normal draft or anything because I honestly do not want to face dodge penalties (To be honest I have a couple too many, *Cough when someone picks into my ) Anyways, I need some help, whether it be assurance it's not Beta Client being busted, just Custom games, or if I'm SOL.
