[CLIENT] Ranked Champion select acts like I exited the game when I didn't

When I was in champion select for a ranked game, someone exited out before we could start loading the game. When I looked to see if I was still in the queue I was not so I clicked play and clicked to start the queue again. I had a 5 and a half minute timer saying I could not enter the queue because "I had exited a game in champion select or abandoned too many games" which I did neither of.
