Ornn Forge Menu QoL Fix

This has been asked in the past, but had not been addressed; but can we get a way for Ornn's Forge Menu to be turned off? It's extremely annoying to be unable to see certain rune/mastery cooldowns, because it blocks the visual. Of note, Unsealed Spellbook cooldown can't be seen at all; if I'm in combat to get rid of the Forge Menu, Unsealed Spellbook cooldown disappears and doesn't let me see it; if I'm out of combat, Forge Menu comes up and blocks it.

I wouldn't mind if Forge Menu were removed completely; I've already organized my item sets well enough that I never use the Forge Menu. I can just tap the P key, and through muscle memory find and right click the item I need inside the item set (which doesn't change on me). It's a poor attempt at letting an AI suggest items, since it doesn't account for the lane matchup or situation.

Either that, or have the cooldown timers for those runes and masteries be shifted to the left? I'm not even sure why they're all the way over there on the right to begin with.
