I've heard of glitches in the past where it'll show two of the same classic skin that you can click on both and it won't fix. Usually restarting the client or the next match will fix it. However mine didn't..
I've also heard in the past they did this as a small hint this champion was getting a skin. I've only heard this case with Soraka and her Celestine skin, but I wouldn't know if that's true at all.

Saw this about 2 days ago, glad to see it's gotten some notice other than my own (was actually about to make a thread if no one had). It's a glitch, but I don't think it really does anything but have a second image of her classic skin next to the first.
EDIT: Considering how recent her River Spirit skin is, I doubt it's a hint at a new one.
SSW is choosing nami as support skin. again royal club has no chance. maybe 3/1 for crowd pleasing purposes.
