Anyone else having problems with inviting friends?

The past 10 minutes has been me trying to inv my boyfriend to a lobby. He never gets my invites or we have to keep spamming "inv to game" when eventually MAY get it to pop up. He's also tried inviting me, but I wouldn't receive anything. Tonight however we were unsuccessful. We both re-logged, reset our routers, and still nothing. I tried inviting to game via right click and Suggested Friends. So, anyone else having this issue?
