{client/gameplay} I owned nami now I cannot find her

I have no idea what happened she was one of the supports I liked to play alot now I cannot find and it says I don't even own her WTF !! yes I searched her name and I still couldn't find her worst part is I spent RP to get her it says I refunded her I have no freaking idea what is going on I don't even have the rp I bought her with back AND I lost one of my refunds
