Shyvana can use E twice and apply full damage/debuff [GAMEPLAY]

Shyvana can use Flame Breath (E) twice, if cast on the very tail end Dragon's Decent (R). Attached is a YouTube video of my gameplay where I find and reproduce the bug (See times 0:15 and 1:48).

Steps to reproduce: 1: Use Dragon's Decent. 2. Cast Flame Breath on the very last tick of the Ultimate (2-4 fury left). 3. Flame Breath will cast in a cone (ult form) and apply the debuff and damage but will not go on cooldown. It can recast immediately in human form.

Note that this doesn't affect her other cooldowns.
