tahm kench interaction with tibbers
so I ate tibbers, but I couldnt get him out of my mouth (like a good 5 second cooldown the ability went on cooldown actually I saw timer), but its passive still dealth damages to me -_-

It's passive aura still dealing damage is intended. Any persistent effects, like Tibbers' aura, will still continue even after Tahm Kench has devoured them.
Not being able to spit Tibbers back out, that is a bug though.
