Desperada Cassiopeia Bug

Just played an ARAM where a Cassiopeia using the Desperada skin wouldn't show the particles or area of effect of her Miasma. She would cast it and do the animation but you couldn't see it on the ground. You would only know you were it in when you got slowed and the poison effect was on you.
