Champ select dodging timer when you didn't dodge?

So I was just in champ select and someone on the enemy team failed to ban a champion in time, and it showed my 4 teammates leave the room but kept me in, then it finally errored me out and now I have to wait 5 minutes before joining a game. lolwot?
