Champion Capsule and Key Fragment not appearing

So, when I logged on, I received a key fragment and went to see how many fragments I had but when I looked, I had none despite just getting one. So I passed it off as a glitch and that it would just appear later on and played the new URF. After that, both my friend and I received a champion capsule but neither one of us had leveled up. I went to open it and I didn't have one but my friend was able to open the one that he received.
