[VISUAL BUG] Blitzcrank permanent mana barrier

I apologise in advance for any grammar and syntax errors.

I told about this to lol support and they suggested I post it here.

There is a bug with blitzcrank.In rare cases when mana barrier is activated there is left a 100 HP shield that is actually fake.Just stands there at the end of your current HP until the end of the game.Well if your leave and reconnect the problem is gone but I would be really happy if this bug is fixed.Happened to me about 5 times in season 4 and 3 times in this season.

After the last time it happened I thing I figured how it works.It is activated when blitzcrank dies in an instant where the shield can't prevent you from dying.I thing it's called "get nuked" or "burst down".
