[CLIENT] Champion Select missing chmaps

When I went into a Ranked (Draft) game I saw that in some places, where my champions should be, there was blackness. Also I noticed that they were not in the usual alphabetical order, they looked very random. I was also unable to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the champion select so i couldn't see the bottom row of champions there.
