Bug with the server and connectivity issues.

Recently, over the past week or two I have been having problems with the server in EUW. I live in Ireland and today I was in a game with very high ping (approaching 3000 at some points). It is definitely not a problem with my internet as at some times there are a lot of people on the internet at the same time and I have no problems whatsoever.

Also, yesterday when my friends and I were creating a Team Builder game, it was very buggy and it took us a long time to get into a game. It would not let us join each others lobbies and even when we did it would disconnect us after a few minutes.

In the top left hand corner where notifications about the server status or a champion bug will appear on the client, I repeatedly receive a message saying I have been disconnected from the server. Over the last week or two this has happened but usually I can get a game without that many problems but in today's instance it was unbearable. I shut down my computer and restarted the League of Legends client several times in game but to no avail. I hope someone has some advice on this or that some action will be taken to stop this malfunction. Thank you.
